Wildflower Hill - Kimberley Freeman This was an incredibly lovely story. It is a story of courage, strength, and grace. It is a story of love and heartbreak.

The book tells two stories, Beattie's and her granddaughter Emma's, but it was Beattie's story that truely captivated me. Both are told from a turning point in each of their lives but Beattie's struggles touched me more than Emma's. Emma's story also was not as emphasized as much as Beattie's. At the end of the story you finally understand Beattie's special affinity for Emma. Why she makes special provision for Emma and not her children.

I really loved it.
